Right of Withdrawal & Returns

In accordance with the Distance Selling Act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day you receive your order.

For the right of withdrawal to apply:

  • The garment must be unused

  • The garment must not be washed or have any odor

  • Original tags must remain attached

  • The garment must not have makeup stains, deodorant marks, or other signs of use

For hygiene reasons, returns of used garments are not accepted.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 14 days from the date the returned item has been received and approved.

Complaints

If a product is defective or damaged upon delivery, you have the right to file a complaint in accordance with consumer protection laws.

In the event of a complaint:

  • Contact us as soon as possible at support@cinadoa.com

  • Describe the issue and preferably include photos

Approved complaints will be resolved with a replacement, price reduction, or refund depending on the situation.
