These terms and conditions apply when you, as a customer, make a purchase through our website. By completing a purchase, you accept these terms.

We reserve the right for any typographical errors, items being sold out, and price changes.

Prices & VAT

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include 25% VAT.

Shipping costs may apply and will be clearly displayed at checkout before the purchase is completed.

Free shipping is offered on orders of two (2) items or more.

Prices may be displayed in other currencies for international visitors; however, purchases are completed and contracts are entered into in SEK.

 

Order & Binding Agreement

Once you have completed your order at checkout and received an order confirmation by email, a binding agreement has been entered into between you and Cinadoa AB.

The order confirmation is sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout.

Payment

We offer the following payment methods:

• Apple Pay

• PayPal
  

Payment is made at the time of placing the order.

Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, the customer may be contacted regarding reshipment. The customer is responsible for the cost of any new shipping.

Limitation of Liability

Cinadoa AB is not responsible for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier handling, force majeure events, or technical issues.

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by Swedish law.

In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
